1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game on your device.

2. Fair use

Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or cheat in the Game or interfere with its operation, except as the law allows.

3. Virtual coins

Coins are virtual items with no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. They may be lost if you delete the Game.

4. Purchases and refunds

Any purchase is handled by your app store and its refund rules apply.

5. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Changes

We may update the Game and these terms. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court has first-instance jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
